My journey with meditation began in 2012 as a key element of my training in art school. It was in my classes where I first dropped into true stillness. Since graduation, I have continued utilizing the curriculum to create a direct channel to journey inward from my own history of trauma, anxiety and apathy to deep healing. With patience, forgiveness, and surrender I awakened more consciousness, and dissolved many burdens of my past through willingness to sit with self, investigate and harness the courage to unkink the knots of my spirit.
Since 2016 I have continued to train and study in various forms of meditative styles, including: guided visualization, trauma release, chakra toning, body scanning, Reiki, ect.
Using these techniques to quiet the mind and tap into the vastness of information ever abundant leads to dynamic and substantial growth of self, your personal narrative taking reformation. Find a comfortable seat, close the eyes, and connect to the present moment one breath at a time.

Over the course of my two months training in India I had the pleasure to continue classes with my fellow yogis and spirit warriors post graduation. With only a few of us from the program left, it was up to us to stay grounded and centered amidst so much chaos in the world during April of 2020.
This short video documents the supreme freedom we felt still living in Rishikesh, and at video moment 24, I received a “love note” from the universe to lean into the divine plan the cosmos has for me. It was a call to let go of any residual worries or anxieties about the man I am becoming, to stay true to my higher self, and to continue living in the light.
