TBFM: Thinking Body Feeling Mind (created by Linda Lack, Ph.D.) is a contemporary movement training and therapeutic healing technique acknowledged for its efficacy alongside Pilates, Feldenkrais, Alexander and Bartenieff techniques. Recognized by the Yoga Alliance, this movement style is rooted in kinesiology, and restorative yogic practices.
TBFM is a wonderful integrative mind/body tool that reveals universal truths about Body, its issues, weaknesses, imbalances, and then helps to resolve them. The technique focuses its principles on body movement, alignment, breath and self-development. It is useful for those interested in a serious physical workout, a movement meditation, or a deterrent to overly rapid aging.

Happy Jack Yoga is a transformational process and a revolutionary system of yoga, combining traditional eastern yoga philosophy with western methods for coaching and empowerment. Founders, Jack Boken and Hanna von Hafenbrädl developed their yoga company after having navigated immense adversities at a young age (grief, obesity, cancer, divorce, alcoholism, to name a few). Their history of hardship has gone on to ignite and fuel their creation of Happy Jack Yoga. It was in this way that they discovered how yoga can change the lives of those looking to heighten their knowledge/understanding of yogic benefits, or harness skill sets to assist with the issues of life.
